Camila is the bestest pack leader you will find, and honestly calling her a dog walker is selling her short. My rescue dog Billie did not come with proper dog social skills when I adopted her over a year ago. I was told by a trainer she would never be a dog park or dog beach type of dog. Well guess what? Camila took Billie off leash to the beach just this last week!! It wasn't just a typical beach trip where she let them off leash and hoped for the best. Camila organized the trip with compatible dogs, took the dogs on a pack walk to establish that she is the leader and let the dogs learn that they are part of a pack, practiced recall, and once she knew Billie could be trusted, then Billie was off leash having fun. Billie had a blast and Camila sent me updates, photos, and videos of the day. Turns out Billie fell in love with Camila's dog Taco as well 🤣, and went swimming too even though she wouldn't swim with us!
